Prepare the Fries

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease and/or line a large baking sheet.

  2. Toss the sliced carrots with olive oil, cayenne pepper, salt and black pepper.

  3. Arrange the fries in a single layer on baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes, then flip them over and bake for another 10 to15 minutes, until crisp. Serve warm.
