1 teaspoon minced fresh garlic
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger
4 pieces of chicken breast, sliced thin
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon sriracha
Cut chicken in thin slices.
In a big ziplock bag, put the ingredients and add the chicken and let it stand for 1/2 hour in the fridge.
Before you are ready to bake take it out.
On a baking sheet with parchment paper lay the chicken. Optional, add sesame seeds.
Bake on 350 degrees for a half hour. I took a sweet potato and cut it into thick slices and one onion cut into chunks and bake separately.
