Diets These little gems bursting with sweet heat will up the ante for any salad. Be sure to wear gloves when handling jalapeños, and remove the seeds if you want them to be less spicy.
Yield: 1 cup
1/4 cup Gefen Honey
1 tablespoon Tuscanini Apple Cider Vinegar
1 tablespoon Heaven & Earth Coconut Aminos or soy sauce
4 medium jalapeños, sliced
Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with Gefen Parchment Paper and set aside.
In a bowl, whisk together honey, vinegar, and coconut aminos. Add jalapeños and toss to coat.
Transfer to the prepared baking sheet and roast until slightly browned, about 20–25 minutes. Store in an airtight container.
