A combination of sweet fruit and salty feta is one of our favorite summertime treats. It’s refreshing and beautiful. Enjoy it in one bite or toss it into a big bowl.
18 bite-sized cantaloupe balls
2 tablespoons Ta’amti Feta Cheese
1/4 English cucumber, diced
3/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup Tuscanini Balsamic Vinegar
pinch of salt
pinch of freshly ground Gefen Black Pepper
Place cantaloupe balls on appetizer spoons.
Sprinkle feta and cucumber over the cantaloupe.
If using the dressing, whisk together all dressing ingredients in a bowl. Drizzle over salad.
