2 sticks butter
1 cup Haddar Brown Sugar
2 teaspoons Gefen Vanilla Sugar
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons coffee dissolved in 1 teaspoon hot water
2 and 1/3 cups Glicks Flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup cappuccino chips
1 8-ounce unwhipped cream cheese
1 egg
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon Gefen Vanilla Extract
Geneve White Chocolate and brown milk chocolate to garnish
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Line two cookie sheets with baking paper, such as Gefen Parchment Paper.
In a mixing bowl, cream the butter and sugars until smooth and creamy.
Add the egg and mix well.
Add the coffee, baking powder, and flour, and mix until smooth.
Mix in the cappuccino chips.
Prepare the cheesecake batter by mixing everything together until smooth.
Using a medium-sized cookie scoop, scoop the dough and roll it into a ball, then place the cookies on the prepared baking sheets.
Bake for six minutes.
Remove from the oven and gently make an indentation in the center of each cookie using a tablespoon or soda bottle cover.
Fill each center with the cheesecake batter.
Bake for an additional 10 minutes.
Once the cookies are fully cooled, drizzle milk chocolate on top.
