Diets My favorite salad on pizza dough: the perfect appetizer.
24 mini pizza rounds
1/2 cup corn flour
2 (16-ounce) packages sliced mozzarella cheese
4–5 plum tomatoes, sliced
fresh basil
1/2 cup Tuscanini Balsamic Vinegar
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray each pizza round with oil spray and sprinkle corn flour on top. Using a fork, poke holes in the dough so that it doesn’t puff up. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden.
To assemble, layer pizza dough, mozzarella slice, tomato slice, basil leaves, a sprinkle of salt, and a drizzle of balsamic vinegar.
