Prepare the Tzimmes
1. Saute carrots in oil over low heat for 15 minutes.
2. Add flour and stir well, cooking for five more minutes. Add prunes, water, sugar and salt.
3. Cook over low heat for 20 to 30 minutes, until carrots are tender.
