Cauliflower Poppers

Substitute breaded cauliflower in place of chicken to make these delicious, zesty Cauliflower Poppers!

Ingredients

Cauliflower

Popper Sauce

  • 1 cup hot sauce

  • 3/4 cup brown sugar

  • 3/4 cup  Gefen Honey

Directions

Prepare the Poppers

1.

Place all sauce ingredients in a medium-sized pot. Mix to combine and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and set aside.

2.

Warm cauliflower according to package instructions. Pour warm popper sauce over it immediately before serving.

Less heat We aren’t big on hot sauce. Can we substitute a sweet barbecue sauce? Or what else would be recommended?

Yes, for sure! You can use your favorite sauce!

Poppers sauce I use the sauce on chicken. Everyone loves it!!
