Cauliflower Soup

Ingredients

Main ingredients

  • 2 onions

  • 4 cloves garlic, crushed, or 4 cubes Gefen Frozen Garlic

  • 2 pounds cauliflower

  • 3 potatoes, peeled

  • 2 teaspoons salt

Directions

Make the Soup

1.

Sauté onions and garlic. Add rest of ingredients and cook for 45 minutes.

2.

Blend soup. Serve with croutons if desired.

too much pepper I was so excited with the simplicity of the ingredients and instructions and made it – and as I am adding in the salt and pepper, I realized it might be a bit too much pepper and did not put in all of the 2 teaspoons but it was STILL WAY TOO MUCH pepper – I am definitely going to make it again but with just a little pepper and it can be added when served if necessary – good luck!
