Make the Soup

  1. Sauté onions and garlic. Add rest of ingredients and cook for 45 minutes.
  2. Blend soup. Serve with croutons if desired.

    Cauliflower Soup

    too much pepper

    I was so excited with the simplicity of the ingredients and instructions and made it - and as I am adding in the salt and pepper, I realized it might be a bit too much pepper and did not put in all of the 2 teaspoons but it was STILL WAY TOO MUCH pepper - I am definitely going to make it again but with just a little pepper and it can be added when served if necessary - good luck!
