Melt marshmallow fluff and oil in a large pot until smooth. Add in the rice cereal until well combined.
Press into a nine x 13 and let sit in fridge or freezer till firm.
Remove from fridge and after about five minutes take your cookie cutters and cut rice cereal treats into shapes.
Decorate with melted chocolate, or glaze and add sprinkles on top.
