Diets The smoky, meaty combination of flavors adds real depth to any salad. These are so good, you could eat them alone.
Yield: 3 cups
2 (15.25-ounce) cans unsweetened corn, drained
1 teaspoon Pereg Sweet Paprika
1 teaspoon Pereg Smoked Paprika
1 teaspoon smoked garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon Gefen Salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with Gefen Parchment Paper and set aside.
In a bowl, combine corn, sweet paprika, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Transfer to the prepared baking sheet and spread in a single layer.
Roast until charred, about 20–25 minutes.
