Ingredients

Grilled Corn on the Cob

  • 2–3 tablespoons oil, such as Gefen Canola Oil

  • optional: pinch cayenne pepper

Directions

1.

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

2.

Brush corn lightly with oil.

3.

Sprinkle with salt, black pepper, paprika, and cayenne (if using).

4.

Grill, turning occasionally, until lightly charred on all sides, about 10–12 minutes.

5.

Serve immediately.
