Diets Sweet, juicy corn with a light char and simple seasoning β the kind that disappears as fast as itβs served.
6 ears corn, husked
salt
1 teaspoon Pereg Paprika
2β3 tablespoons oil, such as Gefen Canola Oil
optional: pinch cayenne pepper
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
Brush corn lightly with oil.
Sprinkle with salt, black pepper, paprika, and cayenne (if using).
Grill, turning occasionally, until lightly charred on all sides, about 10β12 minutes.
Serve immediately.
