Whenever we think of a milchiga specialty, sweet comes to mind. Here is an addition to your cookbook that will enhance a melave malka, shalosh seudos, upsherin, baby naming Kiddush and of course Shavuos.
1 8 oz. bag of Haolam mozzarella and cheddar cheese
2 Tbs. plain Greek yogurt
2 Tbs. butter
1 scallion, green parts only
1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 cup toasted sesame seeds
Let cheese and butter soften to room temperature. Put on disposable gloves and squish all ingredients together except sesame seeds.
Roll into bite size balls. Refrigerate for 1/2 hour.
Roll in toasted sesame seeds.
Makes about 30 balls
