A delicious cheesy whole-egg omelet jazzed up with flavorful fresh parsley.
8 eggs
2 tablespoons milk
2 teaspoons fresh parsley, finely chopped or 2 cubes Dorot Gardens Frozen Parsley
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
8 ounces grated hard cheese
Beat eggs until frothy.
Combine with other ingredients. Pour into hot buttered skillet.
Reduce heat. Cook until eggs are set. Fold omelet.
