Cheese Shlishkes



Prepare the Cheese Shlishkes

1. Combine first 4 ingredients to form soft dough. Form into long ropes and cut into 1″ pieces.
2. In a 6 quart pot, bring water to a boil and drop shlishkes. Cook for 10 minutes.
3. Remove from pot and rinse well in cold water, drain.
4. In a frying pan, melt butter. Toast bread crumbs and sugar. Toss shlishkes in crumbs until heated through.
