Diets What I love about this dish is that it uses mostly ready-made ingredients without compromising on taste. It’s a delicious, mouthwatering dish that takes just a few minutes to throw together.
12 store-bought potato blintzes
3 cups chopped broccoli florets, such as Beleaf Frozen Broccoli
2 tablespoons oil
salt, to taste
2 and 1/2 tablespoons butter
1 medium onion, finely diced
1/4 cup Mishpacha Flour
2 and 1/2 cups milk
8 slices American cheese
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Place blintzes in a 9×13 pan.
In a separate baking dish, toss broccoli with oil and salt and roast for 20 minutes.
Heat butter in a small pot until melted, then sauté onion until translucent. Add flour, milk, cheese, and salt to taste. Stir until cheese is fully melted and sauce is smooth.
Reduce oven temperature to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
Top blintzes with roasted broccoli, then pour sauce over it.
Cover and cook for 25 minutes.
