3 onions, chopped
3 tablespoons Gefen Honey
1/2 cup Gefen Dried Cherries
salt, to taste
1/2 cup water
Tonnelli Avocado Oil (for sautéing)
Sauté the chopped onions in a little avocado oil over medium heat until soft and golden.
Add the honey and mix well until everything is coated and slightly caramelized.
Stir in the dried cherries and a pinch of salt.
Add the water, mix, and let it simmer until the liquid reduces and everything becomes jammy and glossy.
