Diets Divine and irresistible! Hide some to have on hand when you need a pick-me-up or feel the urge to splurge on some yummy goodies!
1 scant cup oil
2 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
3 cups quick-cooking oats
1 and 1/2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon Gefen Vanilla Extract
1/2 cup chopped macadamia nuts
1/4 cup white chocolate chips (optional)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (180 degrees Celsius). In a large mixing bowl, beat together oil, eggs, and sugars. Add remaining ingredients one at a time on low speed, until fully incorporated.
Drop dough by teaspoonful, two inches (five centimeters) apart, onto a lined baking sheet. Bake for 15–18 minutes. Remove from oven and cool five minutes on the baking sheet, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
