Directions

Make the Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (180 degrees Celsius). In a large mixing bowl, beat together oil, eggs, and sugars. Add remaining ingredients one at a time on low speed, until fully incorporated.

  2. Drop dough by teaspoonful, two inches (five centimeters) apart, onto a lined baking sheet. Bake for 15–18 minutes. Remove from oven and cool five minutes on the baking sheet, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes:
Freeze baked and fully cooled cookies in an airtight container for up to two to three months, and thaw at room temperature.
