Diets A great and healthy twist on a classic. You may also be interested in: Compote Smoothie and Frozen Pineapple Lemonade
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 cup lemonade
5 mint leaves, plus more for garnish
1 teaspoon white chia seeds
zest of 1 lemon, optional
Combine strawberries, lemonade, mint and lemon zest in a blender and puree until smooth.
Add chia seeds and let sit for 15 minutes until the seeds swell.
Refrigerate until ready to serve. Garnish with fresh mint.
