An elegant and refreshing drink to serve between courses. You may also be interested in: Frozen Pineapple Lemonade and Chia Strawberry Mint Lemonade

Ingredients

Compote Smoothie

  • 6 (15-ounce) cans of fruit, such as sliced pears, Gefen Sliced Peaches and apricot halves

  • 1 (16-ounce) bag frozen strawberries, whole or pureed

Directions

Prepare the Compote Smoothie

1.

Mix canned fruit with their juices and frozen strawberries in a large bowl. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

2.

Blend mixture in a food processor, half at a time, until lightly pureed. Taste for desired texture.

3.

Cover and refrigerate until serving.
