1. Mix the chicken, garlic, crumbs, salt, and pepper.
2. Add the avocado chunks last and mix gently so as not to mush up the avocado.
3. Form them into patties and grill them until golden brown and cooked all the way through. (They can also be baked for even easier cleanup!)
4. Serve them up on whole wheat buns/lettuce wraps. Easy peezy lemon squeezy!
