When you have little ones it’s all about super-easy, very quick dinners. This recipe is just that. And of course, it tastes so good that your picky eaters will be finishing their plates!
1 pound ground chicken
1 ripe avocado, cut into chunks
1 clove garlic, minced or 1 cube Gefen Frozen Garlic
1/3 cup Gefen Cornflake Crumbs (bread crumbs or panko crumbs work well too)
1/2 teaspoon salt
black pepper, to taste
Mix the chicken, garlic, crumbs, salt, and pepper.
Add the avocado chunks last and mix gently so as not to mush up the avocado.
Form them into patties and grill them until golden brown and cooked all the way through. (They can also be baked for even easier cleanup!)
Serve them up on whole wheat buns/lettuce wraps. Easy peezy lemon squeezy!

Wow! This was delicious and what took this over the top was just how easy it was to make.
Great recipe. The avocado tasted weird grilled though, so missed out the second time around
So simple and delicious!
I added some herbs de province to the mixture and baked them in the oven at 365 degrees for about 30 minutes flipping them about halfway through.
I will certainly make this again.
