This literally takes minutes to put together. Turn on the oven and let it work its magic while you’re out with family. You’ll have fresh supper waiting when you walk through the door!
14 thinly sliced chicken cutlets
2 (6-ounce) packages pastrami
32 ounces Beleaves Broccoli Florets, defrosted
1 and 1/2 cups Gefen Sweet & Sour Duck Sauce
3 teaspoons Glicks Soy Sauce
3/4 cup chili sauce
Preheat oven to 225 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a 9×13-inch pan, place one package pastrami, then half of the cutlets.
Squeeze the liquid out of the broccoli florets and place on top of the cutlets, spreading out to make sure it covers the whole pan.
Pour half the sauces over the broccoli. Top with the rest of the pastrami and cutlets and pour the remaining sauce on top.
Bake tightly covered for four hours.
Alternately, you can bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for one hour and 30 minutes.

Hi Leahla,
See above.

Hi Tzippy,
The sauce – and keeping it tightly tightly covered – should keep it moist.
