Chicken burgers have a lower fat content and are a great alternative to typical meat burgers. A good chicken burger is enjoyed by all ages.
1 and 1/2 pounds minced chicken
1 onion, minced
1/3 cup Gefen Seasoned Bread Crumbs
1/4 cup Glicks Ketchup
1 egg
1 teaspoon black pepper
Preheat grill.
Place all ingredients into a mixing bowl and mix well. Shape into large or small patties and place onto the hot grill.
Grill for five minutes and then flip over, cooking until they are thoroughly done, about another five to six minutes. Larger burgers will take a minute or two longer than smaller ones; try not to overcook them, as they will dry out.
Warm up the buns on the grill, cut up some delicious fresh vegetables, add mayonnaise and ketchup and voila! A deluxe burger in minutes.
