1 large onion, diced
oil for sautéing
1 bag fresh cabbage
1 red pepper, diced
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 c dijon mustard
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 lb ground dark chicken
1 pkg pastrami, diced
1 pkg egg roll dough
duck sauce
oil spray
sesame seeds
In large pan, heat oil and sauté onion over medium heat for about 15 minutes. Add cabbage and sauté for another 15 minutes. Add pepper and sauté another 5 minutes.
Add mustard, honey, soy sauce, pastrami slices, and ground chicken, Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly for about 10-15 minutes. (Make sure ground chicken crumbs).
Place filing into egg roll dough, fold opposite corners diagonally to form a square shape, and brush with duck sauce. Spray oil over egg roll and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
Bake uncovered in a 375F oven for 25 min or until golden brown.
