1. In large pan, heat oil and sauté onion over medium heat for about 15 minutes. Add cabbage and sauté for another 15 minutes. Add pepper and sauté another 5 minutes.
2. Add mustard, honey, soy sauce, pastrami slices, and ground chicken, Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly for about 10-15 minutes. (Make sure ground chicken crumbs).
3. Place filing into egg roll dough, fold opposite corners diagonally to form a square shape, and brush with duck sauce. Spray oil over egg roll and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
4. Bake uncovered in a 375F oven for 25 min or until golden brown.
