I love how this supper is a feast for the eyes as well as the mouth. It’s so pretty and colorful and, of course, also quick and easy!
1/3 cup oil
1 tablespoon paprika
1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
1/2 tablespoon onion powder
1/2 tablespoon Glicks Soy Sauce
1/2 tablespoon Gefen Honey
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon Pereg Cumin
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
6 chicken cutlets
1 green pepper, sliced
1 yellow pepper, sliced
1 red pepper, sliced
1 large onion, sliced
In a bowl, combine oil with spices.
Line a baking sheet with Gefen Parchment Paper.
Lay chicken and vegetable on baking sheet. Pour mixture over chicken and vegetables and mix well.
Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 18–20 minutes.
Serve in a wrap or over rice.
