Diets This chicken dinner will take just about an hour to prepare and is not too fussy. The ingredient list is very short, but you can certainly add your favorite seasonings
1 large onion, medium diced
3 stalks celery, sliced
1 tomato, cubed
6 ounces mushrooms, sliced (optional)
4 chicken fillets, cut into thin strips
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 to 2 teaspoons oil, for sautéing
Manischewitz Gluten Free Spiral Egg Noodles or mashed potatoes
Sauté onion in a little oil until transparent.
Add vegetables and cook 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add chicken and salt and cook for 20 minutes. Serve with pasta, rice, or mashed potatoes.
