Ingredients

Chicken Fillet in a Jiffy

  • 1 large onion, medium diced

  • 3 stalks celery, sliced

  • 1 tomato, cubed

  • 6 ounces mushrooms, sliced (optional)

  • 4 chicken fillets, cut into thin strips

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1 to 2 teaspoons oil, for sautéing

Directions

Prepare Your Chicken

1.

Sauté onion in a little oil until transparent.

2.

Add vegetables and cook 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

3.

Add chicken and salt and cook for 20 minutes. Serve with pasta, rice, or mashed potatoes.
