Chicken Nuggets

  • 1 egg flour bread crumbs 3to4 breasts cubes oil for frying




line the baking sheet with parchment paper set aside in a large bowl combine egg egg flour place bread crumbs into a second bowl dip chicken cubes into egg mixer until well coated then roll in the bread crumbs place on baking sheet prepare to fry the nuggets place the skillet on stove and add a layer of oil ask an adult to heat the oil until it sizzles when chicken is added ask an adult to use this spoon or the tongs to add a few coated chicken nuggets to the hot oil cook the chicken nuggets for about 3 minutes or until the bottom of the nuggets have turned golden brown then ask an adult to carefully turn the nuggets over and let them Brown on the other side for about 3 minutes ask an adult to use the slotted spoon or tongues to remove the chicken nuggets from the skillet place them into a paper towel green off of the excess oil ask an adult to continue to fry the nuggets in small batches until the chicken nuggets have been fried served with ketchup or duck sauce because dipping is fun! (optional)
