Submitted by KG BBQ marinated chicken pieces, on pizza dough with marinara sauce, sauted onion and mushroom mixture, topped with lemon garlic dressing.
1/2 cup BBQ sauce
3 Tablespoons of teriyaki sauce
3 Tablespoons of sweet chili
Italian seasoning
chicken cutlets, cut into very small pieces
1 onion
one can tomato paste
1 package baby Bella mushrooms
2 Tablespoons oil
garlic powder
1 ball of frozen Mazor dough
lemon garlic dressing
Marinate chicken in the 3 sauces.
Saute onions and mushrooms in the oil.
Roll out dough.
Mix tomato paste and an equal amount of water along with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
Spread this sauce on your dough. Place chicken and onion mushroom mixture on top and drizzle over lemon garlic dressing.
Cook in Betty Crocker until desired temp. Enjoy!
