A sticky sweet, easy stove-top chicken dinner with fried onions, potatoes, and sweet potatoes.

Directions

1. Place chicken in heavy pot and brown in oil over high heat. Remove from pot.

2. Place onions into pot and sauté until transparent. Add all remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.

3. Add chicken, reduce heat to low, cook for one and a half hours.
