A sticky sweet, easy stove-top chicken dinner with fried onions, potatoes, and sweet potatoes.
1 chicken, quartered
1 clove garlic, crushed or 1 cube Gefen Frozen Garlic
2 tablespoons oil
1 onion, chopped
1 cup orange juice
1/2 teaspoon Gefen Paprika
2 pounds potatoes, quartered
1 pound sweet potatoes, quartered
Place chicken in heavy pot and brown in oil over high heat. Remove from pot.
Place onions into pot and sauté until transparent. Add all remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
Add chicken, reduce heat to low, cook for one and a half hours.

Do you have to cover the chicken and potatoes?
I would suggest covering it for 3/4 of the cook time, and removing the cover for the last 1/4.
