Serve this easy, garlicky stir-fry with rice or mashed potatoes. Other vegetables, such as shallots and asparagus, will be delicious in this recipe as well.
1 pound boneless chicken breast or tenders, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
salt
ground Gefen Black Pepper
2 tablespoons Gefen Extra-virgin Olive Oil
2 garlic cloves, minced or 2 cubes Gefen Frozen Garlic
1 and 1/2 cups snow peas, cut into 1-inch pieces
1/2 cup finely diced carrot
In a medium mixing bowl, toss together the chicken, flour, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper until the chicken is thoroughly coated.
In a large skillet over medium heat, heat the olive oil. Add the chicken and cook until it is opaque on all sides, three to four minutes total.
Add the garlic to the skillet, and stir to combine. Cook for one minute, or until fragrant. Add the snow peas and carrots. Stir well. Cover and cook for 10 minutes more, stirring once.
Uncover and stir. Taste, season with salt and pepper, and serve.
