An easy and delicious at-home version of the classic Chinese Chicken and Broccoli.

Start Cooking

Chinese Chicken and Broccoli

  1. Preheat oil large skillet or wok. Fry chicken pieces lightly in hot oil for 2 minutes.

  2. Add broccoli and fry for another 2 minutes.

  3. Remove from pan. Rinse pan in hot water.

  4. Place remaining ingredients in dry pan or skillet.

  5. Add chicken and broccoli and stir-fry, over high heat for 5 minutes.
