An easy and delicious at-home version of the classic Chinese Chicken and Broccoli.
15 chicken cutlets (4 pounds), sliced into thin strips
2 pounds broccoli
3 tablespoons Glicks Soy Sauce
3 cloves garlic, chopped or 3 cubes Gefen Frozen Garlic
1 teaspoon ground ginger, such as Pereg (optional)
6 scallions, chopped (optional)
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
Preheat oil large skillet or wok. Fry chicken pieces lightly in hot oil for 2 minutes.
Add broccoli and fry for another 2 minutes.
Remove from pan. Rinse pan in hot water.
Place remaining ingredients in dry pan or skillet.
Add chicken and broccoli and stir-fry, over high heat for 5 minutes.
