Chocolate-Apple Nut Cake

This super moist cake does not taste like a Pesach cake for even one second! This cake combines fudgy, nutty, and yummy all in one! Save this cake recipe, you will not regret it!

Ingredients

Chocolate-Apple Nut Cake

  • 8 eggs, separated

  • 8 ounces chocolate, melted

  • 8 tablespoons sugar

  • 1 apple, grated

  • 2 cups ground nuts such as Gefen

Directions

1.

Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.

2.

Separately mix all other ingredients.

3.

Fold whites into yolk mixture.

4.

Bake in a 10×14-inch baking pan for one hour at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
