Creamy, chewy, and irresistibly rich, these cookie bars blend chocolate, cheese, and cookies with sweet condensed milk for a unique, melt-in-your-mouth treat. Yields 30 bars
2 cups crushed vanilla cookies
1/4 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
1/4 cup Yummy Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 pound (450 grams) cream cheese
3/4 cup Yummy Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 14-ounce (400-gram) can Yummy Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 cup milk chocolate chips
1 cup Glicks Flour
3/4 cup crushed vanilla cookies
6 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
1/4 cup Yummy Sweetened Condensed Milk
1/4 cup milk chocolate chips
1 3-ounce (85-gram) bar white chocolate, melted
1 3-ounce (85-gram) bar milk chocolate, melted
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius). Line a 9×13-inch (23×33-centimeter) baking pan with Gefen Parchment Paper.
To prepare the crust, mix all ingredients and press lightly into the prepared pan. Bake for seven minutes. Remove from oven and mix. Then press it down firmly to form a full crust on the bottom of the pan.
Cream the cream cheese and condensed milk in the bowl of an electric mixer.
Place the mixture evenly on top of the crust.
Place the condensed milk and chocolate chips in a double boiler. Mix until fully melted, then pour the mixture over the cheese layer.
Combine all cookie crumble ingredients and sprinkle over the chocolate mixture. Place the pan back into the oven and bake for 40 minutes.
Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least four to six hours or overnight.
Drizzle with milk and white chocolate to garnish.
Once chocolate is completely dry, cut into bars.
