Chocolate-topped matzo dusted with confectioner’s sugar will thrill the young and young-at-heart.
1 cup sugar
1 and 3/4 teaspoons Manischewitz Potato Starch
Melt chocolate in double boiler, spread thinly over matzo and let it cool and dry.
In electric blender, blend sugar on high speed for one minute.
Add potato starch and whip an additional few seconds.
