Our Chocolate Sprinkle Matzo celebrates the holiday putting to good use leftover unleavened flatbread. If you need a quick no-bake treat, this sweet and crunchy, Passover treat is easy to make.
6 sheets of Manischewitz Matzo
3/4 cup dark chocolate melting wafers or chocolate chips
1/4 cup semi-sweet, white or milk chocolate chips
1/4 cup seasonal sprinkles
Prepare a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place two sheets of matzo on the prepared baking sheet. Melt the chocolate in a two-cup glass measuring cup.
Carefully pour the melted chocolate in a zip top bag, cut the tip and slowly apply the chocolate in a zig zag pattern. Decorate with sprinkles. Repeat with other sheets of matzos.
Set on a cooling rack to fully dry, for two to four hours or overnight. Once cooled, break into pieces.
Yields 6 sheets of matzo, 8-10 servings
