1/3 cup margarine
1/3 cup Haddar Light Corn Syrup
1 teaspoon peppermint extract
1 pound confection sugar, such as Gefen
1/4 cup Gefen Cocoa
Beat margarine, corn syrup and extract until fluffy.
Gradually beat in cocoa and one cup confection sugar. Beat until well blended. Add remaining confection sugar and knead by hand.
Roll out to 1/4 inch thickness. Cut with small cookie cutters to desired shapes.
Decorate with frosted flowers and leaves.
