8 cups ready-made popcorn
1 and 1/2 cups Gefen Confectioners’ Sugar
1/3 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup Gefen Chocolate Chips
1 teaspoon Haddar Vanilla Extract
Put the popcorn in a large bowl.
Pour the confectioners’ sugar into a gallon-sized resealable bag. If you’re making a small batch, use Gefen Confectioners’ Sugar Shaker.
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips and peanut butter together in 30-second intervals, until smooth. Add in the vanilla extract.
Drizzle the melted chocolate mixture over the popcorn and mix until popcorn is coated.
Spoon the coated popcorn into the resealable bag, zip it closed, and shake until everything is covered in powdered sugar.
Eat it right out of the bag or pour the popcorn into a serving bowl. Happy munching!
