Ingredients

Main ingredients

  • 1 and 1/4 cup of low-fat milk of your choice (dairy, almond, coconut)

  • 1 Tblsp cocoa powder

  • 1/3 cup of pretzels

  • 3 Tblsp peanut butter

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt

  • 3 ice cubes

Directions

Prepare the Smoothie

1.

Place pretzels in a blender and blend till pretzel flour. Add remaining ingredients to a blender, then blend till smooth. Top with whip cream and pretzels if desired.
