Pecan pie is amazing, but chocolate pecan pie? Even more amazing! Using store-bought mini pie crusts, this pie has double the chocolate fun with the addition of cocoa and chocolate chips. If you're making these for a crowd, you may want to double the recipe. These are sure to disappear super fast!

Prepare the Mini Pies

Yield: 20 mini pies

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

  2. Combine sugar, corn syrup, oil, cocoa, vanilla, eggs, and salt in a bowl. Stir to combine. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts.

  3. Add pie crusts to a baking sheet. Add filling to pie crusts. Bake for 25 minutes.
