Pecan pie is amazing, but chocolate pecan pie? Even more amazing! Using store-bought mini pie crusts, this pie has double the chocolate fun with the addition of cocoa and chocolate chips. Directions

Prepare the Mini Pies

1.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

2.

Combine sugar, corn syrup, oil, cocoa, vanilla, eggs, and salt in a bowl. Stir to combine. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts.

3.

Add pie crusts to a baking sheet. Add filling to pie crusts. Bake for 25 minutes.

Prepare the Mini Pies

Yield: 20 mini pies
