Diets The orange juice adds a bit of tang and color to this light alternative to chocolate chip cake.
9 eggs, separated
3 cups sugar
1 cup oil
8 ounces chocolate sprinkles
1 and 1/2 cups orange juice
4 cups flour
4 teaspoons Haddar Baking Powder
2 teaspoons Gefen Vanilla Sugar
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Pour the batter into a greased, 10- x 16-inch pan and bake at 350 degrees for 75 minutes.
Beat the egg whites with the sugar until stiff. Add remaining ingredients, including the egg yolks, to the egg white mixture while the mixer is off. Mix on low speed until blended.
