Diets This kugel is easy to make and freezes beautifully. Throw it in, let it cook with your cholent and cut it up into individual pieces to freeze for when you need it. Use your favorite cholent recipe, or try this easy, traditional cholent by Leah Schapira.
1 cup oil
1 cup water
1 cup Yehuda Matzos Matzo Meal
2 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons Gefen Paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 cup Glicks Flour
Combine first seven ingredients and mix well.
Add flour and knead until smooth. Shape into a loaf and wrap in silver foil or Gefen Parchment Paper.
Drop into boiling cholent.

Very good, though came out too sweet would half the sugar next time.
