Want a fresh meal for chol hamoed? Dump everything in the crockpot and come home to a fresh gourmet meal. Also a great option when you’re short on flames in the Pesach kitchen – just dump and forget and wake up to the most delicious smell.
1 chuck eye roll
1/4 cup oil
2 and 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon paprika
2 tablespoons onion soup mix
1 tablespoon chicken soup mix
1 tablespoon brown sugar
4 cloves garlic
2 cups Kedem Grape Juice
4 cups water
1 pack Beleaves Potato Sticks
1 pack Beleaves Sweet Potato Sticks
Mix the oil and spices together. Rub this mixture into the roll.
Place the sweet potato and potato sticks into the crockpot, then add the garlic. Place the meat on top, add the grape juice and water, and set on low for about eight hours or on high for four hours.
