Diets Here’s a simple and delicious no-fail way to dress your green beans.
2 pounds (910 grams) fresh or frozen string beans
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1 tablespoon Bartenura Olive Oil
1 clove garlic, crushed (or 1 cube Gefen Frozen Garlic)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Fill a six-quart pot with water and bring to a boil. Blanch green beans in boiling water for three minutes. Drain and run under cold water.
Prepare cider dressing in a cup or small bowl. Pour over green beans and toss.
