Cilantro and Lime Salad


I love the cilantro-lime combination in this beautiful salad.


1. In a frying pan on a medium-high flame, heat a little oil and sauté corn with salt for five to 10 minutes until browned. (Although this step can be skipped, sautéing the corn adds amazing flavor.) Cool completely.
2. Place all ingredients in a large bowl. Toss to combine.
