Diets Meet the new milkshake, where drink meets dessert in a decadent collision in which bigger is most definitely better. Appealing to both young and old as an occasional treat, anything goes; the only limit is your imagination.
8 large scoops vanilla ice cream
1 cup milk
1 cup cream cheese
1/4 cup Gefen Maple Syrup
1 teaspoon Gefen Cinnamon
1 cup powdered sugar, such as Gefen
2 tablespoons milk
4 ounces unwhipped cream cheese, at room temperature
1/2 stick butter, softened
2 cups powdered sugar, such as Gefen
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
cinnamon cereal of your choice
mini waffles
nut brittle
doughnut holes
whipped cream
ice cream
Blend ice cream, milk, cream cheese, maple syrup, and cinnamon in a blender until smooth and creamy.
To make cream cheese frosting, beat butter and sugar until smooth. Add vanilla and powdered sugar and beat until no lumps remain.
Prepare the glass you’ll be using. Spread cream cheese frosting around the top of the glass and stick some cinnamon cereal onto it. Drip some maple syrup on the walls of the glass, then carefully pour shake into the glass. Add a mini waffle flat on the glass and drizzle with maple syrup, icing, and some nut brittle. Add more frosting over it and place a cinnamon bun on top of the frosting. Add another waffle on a skewer, along with a stack of doughnut holes on another skewer. Drizzle with additional maple syrup and glaze and finish it off with whipped cream, ice cream and cinnamon sticks.
Carefully pour in your shake.
