Diets This tastes like a toasted cinnamon bun, but with a lighter crust.
1 pizza dough
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened
1/2 cup Haddar Brown Sugar
1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
1 tablespoon Gefen Cinnamon
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) unsalted butter
2 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
3/4 cup powdered sugar, such as Gefen Confectioners’ Sugar
1/2 teaspoon Gefen Vanilla Extract
Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
Roll out dough as thinly as possible.
Prepare the cinnamon bun mixture: In a small bowl, combine butter, brown sugar, oats, and cinnamon. Sprinkle over crust. (Add extra brown sugar if desired.)
Bake for 12–15 minutes or until the crust is light brown.
Prepare the glaze: With a mixer, beat butter and cream cheese together. Add powdered sugar and vanilla, and continue beating until combined. If glaze is too thick, microwave briefly to soften it to a drizzling consistency. Drizzle over pizza.
