Although your hostess will no doubt have received plenty of mishloach manos treats, a delicious homemade dessert will probably be very much appreciated. Make this mishloach manos for the rest of your friends and family, too!

Ingredients

Cinnamon Crumb Muffins

  • 2 tablespoons instant coffee, dissolved in 1 cup hot water

  • 3 cups Glicks Flour

  • 3 teaspoons baking powder

Crumb Topping

  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup brown sugar (adjust to sweetness preference)

  • 2 teaspoons Gefen Cinnamon

  • 2 to 3 tablespoons oil

  • 2 tablespoons Glicks Flour

Chocolates

  • premium chocolate for melting (you can find some at your local baking store)

  • praline paste

Directions

Prepare the Muffins and Crumb Topping

1.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

2.

Combine eggs, sugar, oil, vanilla, coffee, flour, and baking powder. Mix well. Pour batter into muffin tins or cake pan.

3.

In a separate bowl, combine brown sugar, cinnamon, oil, and flour. Mix until crumbly texture forms. Add pecans and chocolate chips.

4.

Sprinkle crumble on top of cupcake batter. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until toothpick comes out dry.

Prepare the Chocolates

1.

Melt chocolate. Pour a little into your mold of choice. Add a small dollop of praline paste, then more melted chocolate to cover. Freeze for at least half an hour, then pop out of molds.
