This garlicky dip is terrific with grilled chicken or as a dip for cooked asparagus or broccoli. We also like to use it as a topping for fresh corn.
Yield: 1 cup
3/4 cup Gefen Mayonnaise
1 teaspoon lemon zest plus 1 and 1/2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon orange zest
1 tablespoon orange juice
2 teaspoons Haddar Dijon Mustard
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
3 cloves garlic, minced, 3 cubes Gefen Frozen Garlic or 7 cloves roasted garlic (see note)
In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, lemon zest and juice, orange zest and juice, mustard, salt, and garlic until well combined.
Serve immediately or refrigerate, covered, up to one month.
