Ingredients

Citrus Aioli

  • 3/4 cup Gefen Mayonnaise

  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest plus 1 and 1/2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

  • 1 teaspoon orange zest

  • 1 tablespoon orange juice

Directions

1.

In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, lemon zest and juice, orange zest and juice, mustard, salt, and garlic until well combined.

Serve immediately or refrigerate, covered, up to one month.

Notes:

To make roasted garlic: Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Slice off the top of the garlic horizontally to slightly expose the cloves. Place on a piece of heavy-duty aluminum foil. Pour olive oil over the entire head of garlic and wrap tightly in the foil. Roast 40–45 minutes.
