Calling all coconut cravers. Satisfy your sweet tooth with wholesome yum.
20 Beleaves Dates, pitted
1 and 1/2 cups Gefen Almond Flour
1 and 3/4 cups shredded coconut, plus more for coating
Soak the dates in boiling water for 10 minutes.
Drain all water from the dates and blend in a food processor.
Add all ingredients and mix by hand. If the mixture is too soft to handle, refrigerate for a few hours.
Form into a thin roll and coat with coconut.
Cut into bite-size pieces.
