1/2 pound margarine
1 tablespoon Haddar Baking Powder
1 teaspoon Gefen Vanilla Sugar
2 and 1/2 cups Glicks Flour
5 egg yolks
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup orange juice
4 tablespoons Gefen Cocoa
1 teaspoon coffee, dissolved in a drop of water
1 teaspoon Gefen Vanilla Sugar
5 egg whites
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup coconut
Combine ingredients for dough and knead until smooth. Divide in half.
Roll out one part and press into 9/13″ pan.
Combine secound half of dough, with ingredients for filling. Pour over dough.
Bake at 350°F for 35 minutes.
Beat egg whites until stiff. Add sugar.
Fold in coconut and spread over cake. Bake an additional 15 minutes.
